Escape Games: When P.E and English Come Together

As part of the English elective (ELCE), our Year 8 students stepped into the role of game masters, designing and running their very own sports-themed escape games.

The participants were enthusiastic Year 6 pupils who faced a series of  challenges — both mental and physical — all in English! From decoding clues to completing fun sports activities, they explored a variety of disciplines such as swimming, athletics, volleyball, and even winter sports.

At the end of the game, each participant was awarded a hand-folded origami medal — a well-deserved reward for their teamwork, problem-solving, and determination.
